The room was modern and generous sized and offered central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table. The breakfast had a lot of fine options, and was extensive. The staff was helpful and attentive and always greeted us.
Well, the area was really busy overall.

The breakfast spread was impressive, offering everything from typical favorites to special items like soya milk. 🥛 Plus, you couldn't beat the seaside location, just a stone's throw away.

The only positive thing about the Hotel that I can think of is that it was quiet!
The buffet dinner included in the price and the breakfast.

The location was good, reception staff friendly, big rooms, but apart from that it was disappointing.
On arrival our room stank of smoke. As such we had to change room with a view not overlooking the sea. They claimed to discourage smoking in the rooms,so I then asked them why they provided ashtrays. No reasonable answer was given. The hotel advertises the fact that it has an indoor swimming pool, but fails to tell you that it's part of the spa & costs 20€ for 90mins of use each time. The hotel lacked ventilation. The hallways & rooms lacked air & the air conditioning was useless. The beds have wheels & so all you can here in the morning is the sound of beds being moved around by the cleaners, although they are comfortabale. The fridge in our room didn't work properly. Breakfast was reasonable, but not what I call 4* quality. I could go on.

Location of hotel is perfect and we were given an upgrade to a junior suite (although this was due to all rooms being required for use by a huge group booking).
Main lounge was closed (over Christmas???) with only the plastic seating of the pool bar being in use for an after dinner drink. The entertainment room was taken over by a huge contingent of elderly people, and everything seemed to be done for this group, with individual bookings left to their own devices. Food was appalling for a four star rated hotel - always overcooked, cold and little or no variation. The hot servery showed constant variations in temperature from 80 to 98 degrees - excellent conditions for salmonella germination, I would have thought!

Very nice bedroom and bathroom
Greasy cold food, very noisy everywhere except bedroom, no facilitis or amenities, bar closed though hotel full, long queues to get in to restaurant, indoor pool for infants, nowhere comfy to sit, most of the time no wifi, full of coach parties and mass catering. The noise level was so high it gave us a headache and we left early. Wifi advertised but mostly not working so could not email or get Internet access. Lounge bar closed as only open in summer as too cold in winter - other bar full of games and fullof coach parties very very noisy overall worst hotel we have ever stayed at and felt very let down. No manager available to talk to. Great room but ended up being like a prison.
